one company; one material; ten designers; infinite ideas
in4nite is een project waar ideeën en creativiteit van product designers, graphic designers en architecten samenkomen met de technische expertise van Low & Bonar. De ontwerpers gebruiken hun expertise om allerlei ontwerpen en producten te maken van het technisch textiel, bij ons bekend als DECOweb.
De prachtige presentatie in gebouw TQ laat nieuwe functionele en prachtige ontwerpen zien en geeft ons een andere kijk op dit materiaal.
Er doen 10 designers mee; Robbin Baas, Dana Dijkgraaf, Joris de Groot, Mieke van den Hout, Klaas Kuiken, Tijn van Orsouw, Erik Stehmann, Rick Tegelaar en Kraft architecten.

Dana: ' The material challenged me to define multipe options of applied graphic design. I started with a little hestitation, but then I discovered that the possibilities are infinite.'
How could this technical textile be used in a graphic design context? Dana started experimenting with different kind of production techniques and creates a collection of graphic design experiments.
Techniques used
Folding, bookbinding, foil printing, punching, silk screening, digital printing.
Benefits of the material
The smoothness of the material makes it suitable for different printing techniques. The stiffness of th ematerial makes it suitable to be folded and used as a tough cover. The texture of the fibers gives the collection an interesting and pronounces appearance.
